What is SEA of Change?
SEA of Change is a non profit 501c3 organization providing: phone referrals, case management, and rapid re-housing. SEA of Change works in collaboration with the Juneau County Dept. of Human Services, as well as other city, county and state agencies. We also work in conjunction with other nonprofit organizations, schools, and churches to meet our consumers’ needs.
Our Mission
The mission of SEA of Change is to act as a source of support, education, and advocacy on behalf of the people in need of shelter and support in our community. We provide direct assistance in a variety of ways to those who are in transition. We raise awareness on topics and issues that lead to and prolong homelessness so that we can take steps to reduce the occurrence and duration of homelessness.

Making an Impact In Juneau County
SEA of Change operates transitional houses in Juneau County. Families are introduced to goals and strategies to become rent-ready.
The need is greater than our current capacity.
SEA of Change needs to increase our physical locations to assist more people.
When People Reach Out
JC SEA of Change guides our consumers to create goals that lead them in learning to become independent, and able to create their own success. This can be accomplished through education, job readiness, and confidence.
Possibly the biggest hurdle for our struggling neighbors is gaining a sense of hope, and confidence in themselves.
